Green light on German aid for greener buses

14/11/2018 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission approved on Wednesday 14 November a German measure to support the upgrading of diesel buses for public transport. At €107 million, it will cover the costs of the retrofitting systems and their installation of diesel buses used for public transport in approximately 90 municipalities where the limits for nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions were exceeded in 2016 or 2017.
