Future of EU budget after 2020 is central theme of European Week of Regions and Cities

It comes as no surprise that the 2018 edition of the European Week of Regions and Cities (EWRC), to be held from Monday 8 to Thursday 11 October, will focus on two major themes: the multiannual financial framework post-2020 and the future of cohesion policy.

Under the watchword “for a strong EU cohesion policy beyond 2020”,  this 16th edition of EWRC will open with a debate devoted to the future of Europe by cohesion policy, between the chairman of the Committee of the Regions (CoR),...
