IPPC report - there is still time for resolute action, Greens and NGOs tell European ministers

Findings of the UN IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) Special Report on what is entailed by the 1.5° Celsius objective of the Paris Agreement will provide a unique opportunity to review the EU’s climate ambitions upwards, the Greens/EFA reiterated to the European Parliament and the environmental NGOs on Friday 5 October.
