EUCJ validates Italian regulation on obligation to present certificates of sustainability for bioliquids

In a ruling of Thursday 4 October (Case C-242/17), the judges of the European Union Court of Justice (EUCJ) considered that Italian legislation - making it an obligation for all operators active in the field of bioliquids to present certificates of sustainability - is in line with EU law.
