LIBE: discussion with the Commission on the proposed regulation establishing the “Rights and values” programme and examination of draft opinions on the European Social Fund (ESF +), the European Regional Development Fund and the Cohesion Fund will also be examined. – ECON: examination of the draft report on the proposed directive on secured bonds and their public supervision and the proposed regulation on exposures in the form of secured bonds. - ITRE: debate on the creation of the framework programme Horizon Europe and of the associated specific programme for its implementation. - TAX3: public hearing on the taxation of the digital economy, to be attended by representatives of the European Commission and of the OECD.
