Claude Turmes to leave European Parliament and be replaced by Tilly Metz

29/05/2018 (Agence Europe) – Claude Turmes MEP (Greens/EFA, Luxembourg) is to leave the European Parliament to become Secretary of State for Sustainable Development and Infrastructure in Luxembourg's government.  He has said he will remain in his post as MEP for a few weeks to contribute to the successful outcome of the European Parliament/Council negotiations on the European mechanism for energy/climate governance (see EUROPE 12028).  Tilly Metz will replace him at the European Parliament.  (MB)
