Commission wants to negotiate post-Brexit apportionment of tariff quotas at WTO

The European Commission proposed on Tuesday 22 May that it officially open negotiations at the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on the re-apportioning between the EU27 and the United Kingdom of the import quotas for agricultural products currently allocated by the 28-member EU.
