Independent experts attest to 'strong suspicion' of corruption within PACE to benefit of Azerbaijan

Created in June 2017 to shed light on the allegations of corruption within the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), an independent investigation body has established that there is "a strong suspicion that certain current and former members of PACE had engaged in activity of a corruptive nature" in favour of Azerbaijan (see EUROPE 11798, 11775).
