Reform of EU electoral law runs up against 'concerns' of member states

During a plenary session debate of the European Parliament on Wednesday 7 February, the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU passed on the concerns of the member states regarding the reform of the electoral law of the EU, which governs the holding of the European elections.
