Some 20 studies on innovative solutions to reduce atmospheric pollution in the energy and transport sectors were presented to the 21st European Eco-Innovation Forum held in Sofia on 5 and 6 February. Eco-innovation to the service of improving air quality is one of the priorities of the Bulgarian presidency of the Council of the EU which, with the Commission, organised this event attended by over 500 people (see EUROPE 11947, 11933).
