Christos Stylianides continues tour of capitals to present 'RescEU' mechanism

23/01/2018 (Agence Europe) – The European Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management, Christos Stylianides, is continuing his European tour to present the ministers with 'RescEU', the reinforced European civil protection mechanism, proposed by the Commission as a safety net when member states do not have sufficient capacity to deal with disaster situations.
