Although a definitive political agreement that would draw a line under the third monitoring mission of the third Greek bailout plan is uncertain, the finance ministers of the Eurogroup, meeting on Monday 22 January, will at least note progress on the part of the Greek authorities, following the Vouli’s (Greek Parliament) vote on a package of socio-economic measures.
