EU Council to abandon appeal to CJEU in anti-dumping duties case against Argentine and Indonesian biodiesel

On Thursday 18 January, the ambassadors of the EU member states (Coreper) approved the withdrawal of the EU Council's requests for appeal to the European Court of Justice (CJEU) as part of the appeal of the Argentine and Indonesian biodiesel industries against the EU's anti-dumping measures targeting biodiesel imports from Argentina and Indonesia.
