A company's centre of interest is not necessarily where it does the most business

If its reputation is attacked online, a company may demand damages from a court in the EU member state that is the ‘centre of its interests’ and this is not necessarily the country where the company does most of its business explained the European Court of Justice on Tuesday 17 November in case C-194/16.
