15/09/2017 (Agence Europe) – Contrary to what was reported in EUROPE 11862, the EU Council withdrew four, not three, deceased people from the list of people and entities sanctioned because of their actions to undermine the territorial integrity of Ukraine. These four people were Oleg Panteleev, Valeriy Bolotov, Mikhail Tolstykh and Sergey Litvin. Meanwhile, the state unitary enterprise of the Republic of Crimea, Crimean Sea Ports, was added to the list of entities subject to restrictive measures because it is the result of the merger of three entities – the limited liability company Port Feodosia, the public ferry company Kerch Ferry, and the limited liability company Kerch Sea Port/Kamysh-Burun. The sanctions have been extended for six months until 15 March 2018. (CG)
