Pro-European forces stress that Brexit is an opportunity to reform composition of European Parliament

On Monday 11 September, the pro-European political families welcomed the draft Huebner/Silva Pereira report on the composition of the European Parliament from 2019 onwards, when it was presented to the committee on constitutional affairs of the European Parliament.
