Commission demands five member states apply maritime spatial planning

14/07/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 13 July, the Commission decided to send reasoned opinions to Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland and Greece for failure to notify complete transposition into national legislation of the EU rules establishing a framework for maritime spatial planning (Directive 2014/89/EU).
