Majority of European Parliament opposes German road toll project

On Wednesday 15 March, MEPs adopted by a comfortable majority (510 votes in favour, 126 against, with 55 abstentions) a resolution opposing the European Commission’s approval of Germany’s revised plan to introduce a vignette for using the country’s roads.
