Austria ordered to transpose legislation on waste treatment

16/02/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 15 February, the Commission announced that it had sent Austria a reasoned opinion for its failure to fully transpose Directive 2015/1127 (directive of the Commission modifying annex II of the framework directive on waste, 2008/98/EC) into its internal law.
