Transfer of asylum seekers to another member state can only be made if there is no risk to their health

On Thursday 16 February, the Court of Justice of the European Union held that the transfer of an asylum seeker to another member state should be suspended if it entails a real risk of significantly and irredeemably worsening the health of the asylum seeker.
