Clarification of the starting date of the ETS system reform

16/02/2017 (Agence Europe) – Please note that a typing error occurred in the English version of the article on the European Parliament's vote on the long-term reform of the ETS (see EUROPE 11726). The correct title should have been: "European Parliament votes for post-2020 ETS reform promoting low carbon innovation in heavy industry" (and not post-2028).  The error has already been corrected in the online version of EUROPE.  (AN)
