The MEPs Eva Joly (Greens/EFA, France) and Ana Gomes (S&D, Portugal) are planning an alliance to allow the committee of investigation into the Panama Papers to look at the practices of the Portuguese island of Madeira, the French daily newspaper Le Monde reports.
