EFSA data on toxicity of chemicals only a click away

20/01/2017 (Agence Europe) – OpenFoodTox is the new European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) database on the toxicity of chemicals found in the food and feed chain. At the click of a button, it provides the public with access to a wealth of information on the toxicity of more than 4,000 chemicals covered by EU legislation, EFSA announced on 18 January.
