Strasbourg, 30/04/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, 29 April 2015, the organisation Ecommerce Europe put forward its proposals to stimulate cross-border e-commerce in Europe.
According to the organisation, there are currently three major obstacles to trade of this kind: the different national legal frameworks, logistics issues and costs related to VAT.
