Parliament wants more action on Bologna process

Brussels, 30/04/2015 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament believes that the European Higher Education Area must be further developed. During a plenary session on Tuesday 28 April, MEPs adopted the report by Krystyna Lybacka (S&D, Poland) on implementation of the Bologna Process by 557 votes in favour, 119 against, with 16 abstentions.

Bologna Process aims to create a European Higher Education Area in 2020. In total, 47 countries are participating in this process.
