Brussels, 12/05/2014 (Agence Europe) - Twenty-six European Union member states will sign an inter-governmental treaty on Wednesday 21 May to set up a bank resolution fund (SRF) that will be available for helping pay the cost of winding down failed banks from 2016 onwards.
