Brussels, 29/01/2014 (Agence Europe) - Negotiations on an aviation agreement between the EU and Brazil are resuming after being interrupted at the request of Brazil. An agreement could possibly be signed at the end of February. The agreement should have been signed in March 2011 but Brazil could not accept certain provisions, which have since been clarified.
