Gül calls on France not to block Ankara's accession

Brussels, 28/01/2014 (Agence Europe) - On 27 January, during a joint press conference with France's President François Hollande - who was making the first visit of a French president to Turkey for 22 years - Turkey's President Abdullah Gül said that he was expecting France not to bring “political blockage” to Turkey's accession to the EU.
