Germany and Netherlands are lambasted

Brussels, 26/01/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 26 January, the European Commission called on Germany and on the Netherlands to make known their national measures for transposition of Directive 2009/81/EC regarding the awarding of public procurement contracts relating to defence and security. The legislation has, however, been applicable since the end of August 2011.
