27/04/2011 (Agence Europe) - Two requests for protecting names of origin. According to the EU Official Journal of Wednesday 27 April (No C124), Italy has called for the protected designation of origin (PDO), Alva Cremasco, to be protected. The name applies to a table cheese (raw milk) produced exclusively from full fat cow's milk.
