Brussels, 27/04/2011 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission announced on Wednesday that it welcomed the joint letter addressed by France and Italy on 26 April to the Presidents of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, and the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy.
