The Community of European Railways and Infrastructure Companies (CER), on the sidelines of the European Railways awards ceremony on Wednesday 9 February, published a book taking stock of reforms in the rail sector. The book, Reforming Railways - Learning from Experience, brings together the experience of implementing reforms of some 20 representatives of the political world (two former transport ministers) and the rail sector of the EU and third countries (United States, Russia, Japan and Latin America).
