Brussels, 14/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - The vice-president of the Commission responsible for justice, fundamental rights and citizenship, Viviane Reding, announced on Tuesday 14 September that she intended to bring “fast-track infringement proceedings” against France in coming weeks for violation of European law in the context of the controversial expulsions of Bulgarian and Romanian Roma from France.
