Council adopts position on cross-border health care patient rights

Brussels, 14/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 13 September in Brussels, the Council adopted its position on a draft directive to facilitate safe and good quality cross-border health care and promote health care cooperation between member states. The Polish and Slovakian delegations voted against and Romania abstained.
