Two investigations against IBM due to suspected abuse of dominant position of mainframe computer market

Brussels, 26/07/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 26 July, the European Commission decided to initiate formal antitrust investigations against IBM Corporation in two separate cases of alleged infringements of EU antitrust rules related to the abuse of a dominant market position (Article 102 TFEU).
