Brussels, 29/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - A few days before the end of his term of office, Justice, Liberty and Security Commissioner Jacques Barrot of France agreed to be interviewed by EUROPE to take stock of the last five years at the European Commission. Looking back over his successes and disappointments, the commissioner talks about the new institutional architecture resulting from the Lisbon Treaty, and the challenges of immigration and police and legal cooperation....
