Brussels, 11/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - Described by European Commission President José Manuel Barroso as “interesting and constructive”, the European summit on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 December assessed the impact of the Lisbon Strategy launched in 2000 and discussed its future.
