Brussels, 11/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - Reacting to the outcome of the European summit on the EU's strategy for 2020, Maria Joao Rodrigues, a professor at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and special advisor to the Commission on the Lisbon Strategy and the Lisbon Treaty (which she coordinated in 2007), has criticised the summit's conclusions document for “strategy dichotomy”.
