The suffering Belgian group L&H - LERNOUT & HAUSPIE SPEECH PRODUCTS, in conjunction with the Belgian judiciary, concluded an agreement with the company SAIL LABS after which it bought 100% of SAIL LABS BVBA, the subsidiary of the latter active in the management of intelligent content, for EUR 9 million. According to the terms of the acquisition, it also increased from 19.9% to 26.4% its stake in the parent company to the price of EUR 20 per share or a total of EUR 4.27 million. L&H spent no cash for these operations, it being financed by the conversion of the debts built up by SAIL LABS with the group from Ypres.
