12/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 9 October, the Council adopted a decision approving the signature and conclusion of an agreement between the EU and Egypt to continue the liberalisation of mutual trade in agricultural products, processed agricultural products and fishery products. This decision amends the euro-Mediterranean association agreement between the EU and Egypt, the trade provisions of which have been in force since 2004. (E.H./trans.fl)
