12/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 9 October 2009, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to RREEF Pan-European Infrastructure Fund LP (UK)'s plan to buy up Spanish energy company Iberdrola's stake in Spanish company Bahía De Bizkaia Gas S.L. (BBG), a trading and maintenance company for a natural liquefied gas company in Bilbao, Spain. The Commission did not detect any overlaps in the parties' business during an investigation.
