Commission Decision of 9 October 2009 on a Community financial contribution towards Member States' fisheries control, inspection and surveillance programmes for 2009: €30 million in Community funding

Commission Regulation (EC) No 946/2009 of 8 October 2009 establishing a prohibition of fishing for saithe in IIIa and IV; EC waters of IIa, IIIb, IIIc and IIId by vessels flying the flag of Sweden.
