12/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 12 October, the Council of the EU adopted conclusions to promote prevention programmes and actions of a general nature set in place by the member states of the EU to prevent or delay initial drug consumption, including multiple addiction. By way of example, the EU27 call for full use to be made of the internet and social networking to improve information and correct misconceptions about drugs. (B.C./transl.fl)
