In certain circumstances, Dutch government may distinguish between Dutch nationals and other EU nationals when implementing European arrest warrants

Brussels, 06/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - Dutch legislation may legitimately distinguish between Dutch nationals and nationals of other EU member states when it comes to implementing the European arrest warrant, ruled the European Court of Justice on Tuesday 6 October 2009 in Case C-123/08.
