06/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 6 October 2009, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Adana Ýçel Hatay Araç Muayene Hizmetleri Yapým ve ݺletim A.S (Adana) of Turkey by Bridgepoint Capital Group Limited (Bridgepoint) of the UK.
