06/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 6 October 2009, the European Commission granted clearance to US car manufacturer General Motors (GM)'s plan to buy up US mobile electronics mad transport systems manufacturer company Delphi Corporation. The Commission's examination examined the vertical links between the two companies - GM already uses some car parts made by Delphi, and may use others in the future, but the Commission found that the markets in question would remain competitive due to...
