Brussels, 27/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - In a judgement handed down on Wednesday 20 May (case T-89/07), the Court of First Instance of the European Communities ruled that the European Parliament had breached its obligation to state reasons and unlawfully refused to inform VIP Car Solutions of the price bid by the successful tenderer.
