27/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - Having recommended that diphenylamine, biphenthrin and triazoxide are not included as active substances on the positive list of the directive on phyto-pharmaceutical products (91/414/EC) and the withdrawal from the market of phyto-pharmaceutical products containing these substances (EUROPE 9908), European Commission has put to the Council of Ministers of the EU similar recommendations on the paraffin oils CAS 64742-46-7, CAS 72623-86-0, CAS 97862 82 3 and CAS 8042-47-5 and metam. However, the Commission has recommended for inclusion on the positive list, and thereby for authorisation to be sold on the phyto-pharmaceuticals market, products containing tetraconazole.
