27/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - EU Foreign Ministers and their ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) counterparts began a two-day meeting in Phnom Penh on Wednesday 27 May. It is hoped that the meeting will endorse the second phase of the Action Plan to increase cooperation. This action plan implements the Nuremberg Declaration which was adopted in March 2007 in a range of areas (see EUROPE 9387).
