Brussels, 23/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has called on all parties involved in tackling climate change in Europe to express their views on how the European Union has been implementing the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) since 2006, when the last report was submitted.
All developed countries are required to submit these Communications to the UNFCCC secretariat by 1 January 2010.
